Speaker Abbas congratulates Muslims on Islamic New Year 1445 AH

Nigeria - The Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Abbas Tajudeen, PhD, has congratulated the Muslim Ummah on the occasion of the New Islamic Year, 1445 AH.
Speaker Abbas in a statement by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Musa Abdullahi Krishi, said the new Islamic year holds a lot of promises for mankind, which is why Muslims should use the opportunity to rededicate themselves to the worship of the Almighty Allah.
According to him, the life and time of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (SAW) were full of lessons, which every Muslim must imbibe.
"The Speaker said the new Islamic Year 1445 AH is significant in the life of every Muslim around the world, urging Muslims to use the period to pray for continuous peace and unity in the country.
"Speaker Abbas wished the entire Muslim Ummah and indeed Nigerians a fruitful Islamic Year 1445 AH", Krishi stated.
