Just In! President Tinubu Nominates Salako, Alausa, Oyetola, Bagudu, Matawalle, 14 Others As Minister-Designates

Nigeria - President Bola Tinubu has appointed Dr Iziaq Kunle Salako, a former Commissioner for Health in Ogun State as one of the nineteen new ministerial nominees sent to the Senate today.
In the supplementary ministerial list presented by the Chief of Staff to the President, Rt. Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila to the Senate President, are former Governors Gboyega Oyetola (Osun), Simon Lalong (Plateau), Bello Matawalle (Zamfara) and Atiku Bagudu (Kebbi).
Also in the list are, a former minister, Henieken Lokpobiri; Ahmed Tijani; Dr Tunji Alausa; Tanko Sunisi; Lola Ade John; Abubbakar Audu; Sabi Abdullahi; Alkali Samani; Ibrahim Geidam (Yobe) and Isiaka Oyetola (Osun).
The Senate has screened the 28 nominees in the first batch.
